2. Where is UniProp available for download?
UNIPROP is available in both IOS and Android, you can download the app at Apple Store or Google Play.
3. How can I log in to UNIPROP apps?
You may sign up for a user account.
4. Can I directly contact sellers from UNIPROP apps?
Yes, you may click the “contact seller” and contact the seller directly.
5. How do I make payment for my orders?
UNIPROP is just a classified platform, the payment will be made directly to the service provider/seller.
6. If I change my password by login ID/Email address?
Yes, you can. You may reset your password by your phone number or email address. (Either one)
7. How can I join the ongoing contest of UNIPROP?
Sign up and become our UNIPROP User, you may join every contest. T&C applied.
8. How do I claim the prize from UNIPROP?
Please email to our Customer Support cs@uniprop.com.my. CS will assist you accordingly if you are qualified or you can WhatsApp to our CS hotline +6010-296 2503.
9. Why can’t I redeem my voucher?
It is because your voucher number has been redeemed or expired, please contact our CS for more details.
10. I can’t contact the seller, who can I find for assistance?
You may contact/send an email to our CS cs@uniprop.com.my , they will assist you.
11. I received a different product that I ordered from a UNIPROP seller. Who can I find for assistance?
You can contact the seller directly. If there is no revert, you can get Uniprop CS team to assist

As a user who owns property/home, UNIPROP provides you a One-stop solution to source for all home related products and services to cater for your needs.
3. What are Home Services & Home Products?
Home Services
– It is advertising related to renovation works, cleaning services, yard work, installation service, etc.
Home Products
– It is advertising related to a product which is tangible. Example: Electronic product, furniture, mattress, etc.
4. How does UNIPROP work?
UNIPROP connects users and merchants/vendors directly without any charges.
5. How long will my ads be published online?
You may select the publish date while creating your ads.
6. Why has my account been terminated?
(a) You are found to or suspected to have engaged in any activity or act that is in breach any of these Terms or Policies, or any other agreements entered by you;
(b) Where you have committed or are suspected to commit any wrongdoing/unlawful act;
and/or
(c) There are any other reasonable grounds including but not limited to:
(i) Fraudulent transaction;
(ii) Account takeover;
(iii) Abused coupons;
(iv) False information or fake account creation; and
(v) Others as determined by UNIPROP
