MOU Signing Session on 4th November 2022
Minnes Sota Property Sdn Bhd (UniProp) achieved another milestone by signing another a strategic partnership with Koperasi Telekom Malaysia Berhad (Kota Mas) on 4th November 2022 at UniProp HQ in Kuala Lumpur.
During the signing MOU event, Koperasi Telekom Malaysia is represented by its Chairman, Ir. Razman Omar while Minnes Sota Properties (UniProp) is represented by its Founder and Group CEO, Dato’ Chee.
According to Chairman Ir. Ramlan Omar, who was also the former General Manager for Telekom Malaysia Berhad mentioned that Kota Mas is the oldest Cooperative Society in Malaysia and was established way back in 21st July 1922. Formerly known as Koperasi Jimat Cermat dan Pinjaman Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Kota Mas has celebrated their 100th year of establishment this year.
Chairman Ir. Ramlan believes that UniProp’s value proposition and offerings will be beneficial to all Kota Mas’s cooperative members and subsidiary company such as Celcom, Vads other subsidiary companies under Telekom Malaysia Berhad including all retired members.
